Premier symposium scientifique INCa-Leem Recherche

L'Institut National du Cancer et le Leem* Recherche ont organisé le 29 septembre 2008 à Paris leur premier symposium scientifique sur la recherche translationnelle.
 

Ce colloque a réuni chercheurs du monde académique et représentants des industries pharmaceutiques autour d'un enjeu essentiel : la recherche translationnelle. Celle-ci doit assurer un continuum entre la recherche biologique cognitive et la recherche clinique en transformant les découvertes scientifiques issues des laboratoires, de la clinique ou de l'analyse des populations en nouveaux outils ou applications cliniques afin de réduire l'incidence, la morbidité ou la mortalité des cancers.
Le symposium, qui a réuni plus de 210 participants, a été ouvert par le Pr Didier Houssin, Directeur général de la santé, il a été clôturé par Christian Lajoux, président du Leem Recherche et Dominique Maraninchi, président de l'INCa.
