Sponsorship Applications

Sponsorship is part of the statutory mission of the Institute, as well as providing information for professionals and the public on all problems relating to cancer. (Art. 33 of the Law of 9 August 2004 relating to the Public Health Policy).
Sponsorship can be awarded, on an ad hoc basis, to a publication, an event (congress, symposium, seminar, meeting, information day…), or any other event.

Schedule
Applications may be sent to the Institute throughout the year at least three months before the date of the sponsored event.

Information concerning INCa’s Decision
The information on action taken by INCa regarding the sponsorship application is forwarded to the applicant by corporate e-mail.
Applicant’s Commitments
Insert INCa’s logo on the various communication media (programme, flyers, press releases) for the sponsored activity.
Grant a right to review compliance with the reproduction of INCa’s logo and the ability to request changes to the contents concerning INCa. Note: It must be noted that the use of the Institute’s logo is only for documents in connection with the sponsored event.
All documents bearing the logo are subject to approval for print by the department of Corporate Communications.
Monitoring of the Sponsored Activity
For any sponsorship granted, the recipient has an obligation to draft a report and send it to the Institute within a maximum of 6 months after the event.
The report’s criteria can be amended according to the sponsored activity. These may affect the target (audience type, number of participants ...), the summary of the evaluation questionnaires completed by participants, conference proceedings.
