Estimate of Revenue and Expenditure for 2011

The estimate of revenue and expenditure (ERE) for 2011 was voted unanimously by INCa’s Board of Directors on 17 December 2010.

In 2011, INCa’s expenditures should increase to a total of 114 million euros according to the estimate of revenue and expenditure. These expenses include the implementation of the Cancer Plan.

Revenue

Revenue allocation between the ministries’ subsidies, contributions from members of the GIP (annual subscriptions of each member and participation in activities for CNAMTS, MSA, RSI, ARC, "La Ligue" and FNCLCC), additional income (in particular pharmaceutical laboratories) and a deduction on the cash flow.

Personnel costs
The grants, which correspond to the financing of projects selected in respect of calls for proposals, financing of registers, international collaborations, symposia, etc.
Other operating expenses (studies, evaluations, surveys and audits, compensation of experts, information campaigns, ICGC programme, but also to expenses related to premises, IT, training, etc. Capital expenditures represent purchases of licenses, software, servers, workstations.
