Organised Colorectal Cancer Screening

Last updated on: 03/01/2011

Organised colorectal cancer screening is offered by the public authorities to men and women aged 50 to 74. On the occasion of Blue March, colorectal cancer awareness month, INCa, together with the Ministry of Health and the Health Insurance plans, conducts an information and awareness campaign on cancer screening and recalls that “50 is the right age…to talk about colorectal cancer screening with your GP”.
This campaign is part of the 2009-2013 Cancer Plan (measure 14).
